About these terms
These terms apply between you and Zumofy Auto Care Sdn Bhd (registration 202401045821 (1582044-K)) when you use this website, send us an enquiry, or bring a vehicle to the workshop. They are governed by Malaysian law, with disputes — if any — referred to the courts of Selangor.
Using the website
You may read, share and link to public pages on this website for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy or republish content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Automated scraping, mass downloading or attempts to interfere with the site are not permitted.
Information accuracy
We try to keep prices, service descriptions and tip articles accurate. Real-world quotes, however, are always confirmed in writing after we see the vehicle. The figures published on this website are starting points and rough guides, not binding offers.
The service relationship
When you bring a car for service, the working agreement looks like this:
- We carry out an inspection and send a written quote with parts and labour breakdown.
- You confirm the quote in writing (message or in-person signature) before we start work.
- We complete the work as quoted; if a new issue surfaces, we pause and call you for a new approval.
- You collect the vehicle, settle the invoice and receive a 12-month parts & labour warranty.
Vehicle storage
Vehicles left at the workshop are kept on our premises during operating hours. We carry workshop liability insurance for accidents or damage caused while the vehicle is being worked on. Personal items left in the car are your responsibility — we recommend removing valuables before drop-off.
Payment
Payment is due on collection of the vehicle. We accept cash, online bank transfer (DuitNow / FPX) and major debit and credit cards. Vehicles are released only after payment has cleared.
Cancellations
You may cancel a confirmed booking by phone or message at any time before work starts. Once parts have been ordered specifically for your vehicle, we may need to recover the parts cost if the order cannot be cancelled with the supplier. We will tell you up front if that risk exists.
Warranty
Every paid job is covered by a 12-month or 20,000-kilometre (whichever comes first) warranty on parts fitted by us and labour performed by us. The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear items consumed in normal use, or damage caused by accident, modification by another workshop or operator misuse.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any single service visit is limited to the value of the work invoiced for that visit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence, or for any matter where the law does not allow such a limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the website for at least thirty days.
