Routine service track

General service & maintenance, written down clearly.

The kind of visit that keeps your car boring in the best possible way. Engine oil, filters, fluids, drive belts, lights, tyres — the small things that decide whether next year goes smoothly.

What is included in a standard service.

Every routine service at Zumofy follows the same baseline. We adjust the parts list to your car's age and what the manufacturer schedule asks for, but nothing on this list ever gets skipped quietly.

  • Engine oil drain and replacement (OEM-spec or fully synthetic on request)
  • Oil filter change every visit; air, cabin and fuel filters per schedule
  • Brake fluid, coolant, transmission fluid and power steering checks
  • Wiper blades, washer fluid and exterior lights confirmation
  • Six-point safety inspection and a written report on paper or PDF
  • Tyre pressure adjustment and TPMS reset where relevant

Honest expectations

Three numbers that come up most often.

90 min

Typical workshop time

From keys-in to keys-out for a sedan with no extras flagged in inspection. Larger SUVs run closer to two hours.

RM 220+

Starting service price

For a small petrol sedan with mineral oil. Larger engines, fully synthetic, or extra filters lift the figure — quoted in writing.

10,000 km

Recommended interval

For most cars in Klang Valley driving conditions. Heavy stop-start commutes lean closer to 7,500 km between visits.

Common questions

Service questions we hear weekly.

Should I follow the manufacturer schedule or use a shorter interval?
For Klang Valley driving — long idles in heat, frequent short trips, dusty months — we usually recommend trimming the suggested interval by 15 to 20 percent on oil changes. We will tell you which service items can stay on the original calendar.
Do I need to bring my service booklet?
If you have one, yes — we will stamp it. If you do not, we keep a digital service history under your plate number, and we can send a PDF history any time you ask.
Will you use the same brand of oil my dealer uses?
Usually, yes, if that is the OEM-specified oil. If you want a specific brand we will source it. If you are flexible, we will recommend the best-value option that meets the manufacturer specification on the cap.
