How long does a routine service usually take?
For a standard sedan with no surprises, expect 90 to 120 minutes from drop-off to handover. We confirm the timing once we see the car and will text you halfway through with a status update.
Do you give a quote before starting work?
Always. After the multipoint inspection we send a written quote with parts, labour, taxes and a clear estimate of how long it will take. Nothing gets touched until you reply yes — by message or in person.
Can you service hybrid and EV vehicles safely?
Yes. Two of our technicians are trained on high-voltage isolation procedures and we use insulated tooling for any work that goes near the traction battery. We are happy to show the certifications on request.
What happens if you find more damage during the work?
We pause, take photos, and call you. You decide whether to add it to the job, defer it, or skip it entirely. The first quote stays valid even if you defer the new finding.
Do you offer pickup and drop-off?
For customers within an 8 km radius of Taman Tun Hassan, yes — at no extra charge during weekdays. Outside that range we charge a small fuel allowance, agreed up front.
Are walk-ins okay or do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome but appointments get priority on the lifts. If you message us before 5 PM the day before, we will hold a bay for your time slot.
