What are cookies, briefly
Cookies are small files written by a website to your browser. Some are essential — without them, basic features like form submission would break. Others are optional and exist to help the website's owner understand which pages people read most.
What we set on zumofy.pro
The current set is small enough to list:
- PHPSESSID — a session cookie used to bind a security token to your browser when you fill in our contact form. It expires when you close the tab. This one is essential and cannot be opted out of without breaking the form.
- zmf_consent_v1 — a small entry in your browser's local storage that records whether you have accepted or rejected non-essential cookies. Without it, we would have to ask you on every page load.
What we do not set
We do not set any third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or social-media tracking pixels on this website. If that ever changes, this page will list them and the cookie banner will ask before any are set.
Changing your mind
You can re-open the consent banner at any time by clicking the small cookie icon at the bottom-left of any page. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser's settings — most browsers offer this under "Privacy" or "Site data".
Browser-level controls
Most modern browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or be notified before any are set. The exact path depends on the browser you use, but the major browser vendors all publish step-by-step instructions on their support sites.
