Hybrid and electric vehicle care, done with the right gloves on.

Two of our technicians are trained on high-voltage isolation procedures and we maintain the CAT III tooling, insulated mats and lockout/tagout protocol that goes with the work. It is not glamorous, but it is what keeps both you and your battery safe.

What we do for hybrids and EVs.

Most "EV servicing" looks deceptively similar to petrol servicing on paper, but it differs in the small, important details. Our hybrid and EV bay is set up so that the routine work — fluids, brakes, suspension — happens with the high-voltage system properly isolated, and the EV-specific work uses tooling that matches the spec sheet.

Toyota hybrids

Camry, Corolla Cross, Yaris Cross, Prius — including pre-2019 cars where the traction battery is approaching replacement age.

Honda hybrids

City e:HEV, Civic e:HEV, CR-V e:HEV. Routine fluid and brake services plus IPU fault diagnosis.

Tesla & BYD

Model 3, Model Y, Atto 3, Seal. Coolant service, brake fluid change, alignment after kerb hits, diagnostic scans.

BMW i & Mercedes EQ

i4, iX, EQA, EQB. Brake servicing, suspension inspection, low-voltage battery testing and software-side fault scans.

Proton e.MAS & MG4

Routine inspection of newer Malaysian-market EVs, with attention to the warranty boundaries before any non-trivial intervention.

Plug-in hybrids

Volvo XC60 PHEV, Mercedes C300e and similar. We respect the dual-system layout and treat the EV side with the same isolation discipline.

Important note

We do not crack open traction battery packs.

Battery cell-level work belongs at the manufacturer or at a specialist battery refurbisher. What we do is give you a clear, dated state-of-health report and an honest opinion on whether it is time to escalate. If escalation is needed, we tell you who to talk to.
